21 July 2026Infeed Speed: Infeed of 700sticks/min (10lanes)
Handling: Sticks are transported via a 10-lane cleated belt. Sensors at the discharge point verify full rows. If one stick is missing, system will reject all the rows.
Cartoning: Sticks are grouped in a hopper in batches of 30 before being released into the carton.
Packaging: Cartons are picked and erected via suction cups. Final closure is a standard 4-flap hot-melt glue seal.
Quality Control: Equipped with two Pharma code readers and a 3-line ink embosser.
