Equipped with a dual OMNIA feeding system, integrated SLP cutting unit, and two dedicated magazines for optimal synchronization with the HV/1 cartoning machine, the line reaches a speed up to 600 blisters/min.
The line continues with weight control and the Track & Trace (TTS) system with serialization. The process ends with an SMP case packer equipped with row-by-row aggregation and an outfeed belt with printing/verification with label application.
