L’Oreal have recently purchased a filling/capping machine model L112 for their factory in Russia.
The machine fills plastic bottles with a solution for hair dye kits and has been tested at a production speed of 250 bottles/minute.
The machine has been installed upstream one of the various CAM lines for hair dye kit at L’Oreal’s..
A machine model HV is installed downstream to the L112 for packing the filled-in/capped bottle in carton together with a squeezable tube, gloves, hair conditioner and leaflet..
CAM line is completed by a wrapping machine model nRT, wrapping the cartons in multiples of three units packed on edge..
