MULTI-CONFIGURATION PACKAGING LINE FOR SYRINGES, NEEDLES AND VIALS IN ECO-TRAYS

Our new integrated packaging line revolutionizes the handling of syringes, needles, and vials by combining maximum automation and high-speed operation—up to 300 pcs/min—with sustainability through eco- trays. The process begins with automated tray depacking and booklet feeding—complete with an integrated waste collection system—alongside an advanced multi-format system for forming and feeding Eco-trays.

Product feeding is driven by high-precision, synchronized Pick & Place robotic systems: a dedicated syringe sorter aligns and places syringes, while a dual-outlet rotary table and a dual-sorting elevator with a two-lane conveyor smoothly feed vials and needles into the Eco-trays.

To complete the high-speed cycle, the filled Eco-trays are smoothly inserted into cartons via an HV cartoner equipped with a side-loading pusher drum, followed by a high-performance Hot-Melt closure to ensure absolute packaging integrity.
