Soap packaging line with high format-handling capacity and bundle configurations

The packaging line for solid soaps, recently supplied to Grisi (Mexico), is capable of handling a wide range of formats, up to seven, for a total of twenty bundle configurations, wrapped and boxed.

The V520 feeder can handle both bare soap bars and soap packaged in flow pack wrappers, and the G35 wrapper is equipped with a bypass through which soaps that do not require wrapping are fed directly to the cartoning machine.
The bypass is accommodated inside the G35 wrapper to reduce machine overall dimensions to a minimum.
The packaging line is able to perform a work cycle at high speed with up to 200 strokes per minute.
